As a professional intuitive and holistic coach with more than 10 years experience I have always been fascinated with energy, human energy, or what I later discovered the human energetic system. This passion for understanding lead me into various modalities of learning such as the healing art of Reiki, the warrior art of combat in martial arts, and the unifying art of yoga. Wow! Little did I know the power of such completely different spectrums all contain a variety of light and shadow characteristics. This Trinity of Ancient Arts opened me to a holistic view of myself where I found that culturally and personally we are in desperate need of unity by transforming the dualistic perceptions we physically manifest in our lives through the vehicle of our bodies.
