The Process

Holistic Fitness Training

Most all sessions will include an individualized intuitive analysis that will encompass coaching in one or more of the following applications based, on the individuals need and interest in the current moment:

~ Focus on the breath, synchronizing a full breath with motion. Igniting an inner power and strength you didn’t know you had.
~ Include a dynamic cardiovascular kickboxing workout, functional strength training with increased flexibility through dynamic stretching, and attuned awareness of your multidimensional energetic anatomy with hands on adjustments.
~ Cover a foundation of basic Martial Arts principles including discipline, technique, focus, endurance, and courage; Yoga principles of breathing, balance, coordination, flexibility, inner strength, and body awareness; and Reiki principles of honor, integrity, inclusively, compassion, and self healing.
~ Intend to awaken, nurture, and feed your inner core energy to take you on a lifelong journey of health and wellness.

The goal is to coach interactively with clients by intuitively listening and communicating to create the most effective modern day method of conditioning from the inside out that assists clients along their life journey of transforming limiting habits into sources of empowerment.

What to Expect

Holistic Fitness Training

1. Most all sessions are personal one on one training sessions unless otherwise specified.
2. A completed health form and waiver / release statement must be handed in the day we begin. Please feel free to download forms and fill out before you come in.
3. An analysis will be made of current conditioning to best determine what the client’s goals are and how best to achieve them.
4. Training sessions are 60 minutes duration. They start and finish on time.
5. It’s best to wear comfortable clothing and foot wear for rigorous exercise. Please bring water

* Privacy: Any information obtained regarding your fitness level and progress will be treated as privileged and confidential and will not be released or revealed to any person other than your physician without your expressed written consent.

Individual Training

Can be a valuable tool for those who are just starting out on their wellness program or someone wanting to explore what non-conventional exercises have to offer. ~ Utilizing a holistic, intuitive, creative and individualized approach that meets your particular needs, you will cross train in a bootcamp style fashion encompassing a complete strength and conditioning program inclusive of mind, body and spirit promoting overall empowerment.

Investment:
60 min of personal one on one training - $75
30 min of personal one on one training - $45

Small Group Training (2-4 people)

This is a cost effective way to receive personalized training utilizing the Trinity of Ancient Arts and you pick the times you want to work out.

Investment:
60 min of two to four person group training - $124

All private holistic training sessions begin and end on time, so please arrive punctually.

Payments & Refunds:

1. Payments must be made in full prior to the start of each session. When multiple sessions are purchased the total amount must be paid in full prior to the first session.
2. All forms (registration, health history, waiver & PAR- Q) must be filled out.
3. Please pay by cash, check, online through paypal. If paying by check make check payable to: “Shelley Devine
4. Registration is not finalized until payment is rendered and forms are filled out completely and emailed to: evolve2u@gmail.com
5. Cash refunds are not given.
6. Classes not used in a single session are non-transferable/non-refundable and do not roll over to another session. This is non-negotiable.
7. In the event you are absent from class due to injury or illness, a Class Credit voucher will be issued.
