Hello, I’m Shelley Devine and I’d like to welcome and thank you for visiting Evolve2u. Over the years, it has been my joy to coach fitness practitioners interactively by instilling a “Get Hooked “attitude to fitness while encouraging a sense of empowerment that stimulates ones sense of freedom in natural movement. It is my hope to inspire a holistic awakening in ones soul through bootcamp style workouts that include yoga and martial arts disciplines or through the healing arts via Archetypal Consultations or Reiki Therapy sessions.


I love to encourage individuals to move beyond their comfort zone mentally, physically and even spiritually! It cracks me up when a student says over and over again “I can’t do it” then suddenly they find they just did it, then use that experience as a metaphor for whatever unexpected daily life tasks that arise! Its truly satisfying when students realize there is nothing more energizing than gaining a sense of oneself that is unshakeable while maintaining and achieving greater stamina, endurance, agility, balance , mobility, flexibility, muscle tone and inner and outer strength while enjoying a greater sense of health and wellness! It is my privilege to bring this to You!


My credentials include NESTA Certifications in Pilates, Sport Yoga, Stress Management, AFAA Certification in Group Fitness, ISCA Kickbox Instructor Certification, a Registered Yoga Teacher and a 2nd Degree Brown Belt in Small Circle Jiu jitsu. I’ve been practicing Reiki for over 10 years holding certifications as a Traditional Usui and Shambala Reiki Master/Teacher, which over the years has graced me with the ability to provide clients with an intuitive evaluation of their overall health and facilitate healing by assisting clients with an understanding of the emotional, psychological, spiritual, and physical reasons why they may not be getting the results they would like in their life or even why they may be ill. The most intensive study of my life was done with Caroline Myss at her CMED Institute in Chicago, where I was certified as an Archetypal Consultant in September 2008. I currently give private consultations, semi-private workshops and have held several workshops on the subject at various locations including Open Doors in Braintree, MA as well as being published in their newsletter.


I’ve been a guest speaker/healer for NEAPS 2006 - 2008, Co-Director for Yoga for Peace Boston in 2007 and on the Board of Directors for Global Mala Yoga for Peace Boston in 2008 & 2009.


I am a year round fitness trainer for Boston’s Best Ultimate Bootcamp and teach yoga & a woman’s cardio Muay Thai circuit training class at Roslindale Yoga and the world renowned Sityodtong USA Camp.


And in case you where wondering my eight archetypal patterns include the artist, the athlete, the warrior, the scribe, the damsel, the healer, the goddess (Artemis), and the jury is still out on the queen.


My other interests include my two children, interior design, writing, photography, falconry, portraiture, painting, travel, and sipping margaritas overlooking turquoise waters on a sunny beach.
